White Leghorns

Originating from Italy.  Small attractive birds with a good feed efficiency that lay approx 300 eggs annually…these eggs are large white eggs. Leghorns are prolific layers that rarely go broody and are non-sitters unless left undisturbed.

These are a Rhode Island Red based breed. This breed adapt well to an existing flock..  These lay approx 320 eggs per year.  These can have a long life span.  These are champaign in colour and lay a light brown egg.

Really attractive bird; with beautiful feathers. This type of bird are calm and collected. This breed is very hardy, and prove to be good egg producers.  Theses are a cross of a Rhode Island Red and Maran. Laying approx 270 large dark brown eggs per year.

Khaki Campbell Ducks

The Khaki Campbell duck breed is one of most prolific egg layers of the duck breeds. They are good foragers and are very active. They make a good farm or backyard duck. Khaki Campbell Duck drakes have an upright posture and a green or bluish-green bill, greenish-bronze heads and backs, with the remainder of the plumage being a shad of khaki tan. Generally the Khaki Campbell duck hen will lay its first egg at 20 weeks of age.
